Terms & Conditions
(i) iReserve reserves the right to suspend any contract in the event of non-compliancy without providing any prior notice.
(ii) The customer (restaurant) is obliged to submit payment in advance to iReserve irrespective of the chosen package.
(iii) All payments against contracts are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
(iv) Gold package contract is 12 months in duration and may not be cancelled or refunded earlier.
(v) Upon Silver package contract expiry, the customer will continue to fulfil the next quarter contract unless iReserve have been notified otherwise.
(vi) Upon Bronze package contract expiry, the customer and iReserve will engage in discussions on which package to select next if interested.
(vii) iReserve will not provide the customer (restaurant) with any compensation in the event of potential loss of earnings.
(viii) iReserve will not be held responsible for any potential consumer complaints against the restaurant.
(ix) iReserve will issue an invoice payable by the customer (within 30 days) for the commission applicable in accordance with the corresponding contract (i.e. Bronze = £2 per reservation, Silver = £1 per reservation, Gold = £1 per reservation)
(x) All customer details will be kept confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Privacy Notice stated on our website.
